1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
Customers are eligible to request a refund within 30 days of each monthly subscription payment. To request a refund, the customer must send an email to [email protected], clearly stating their intention to request a refund and providing the necessary details to identify their account and transaction.
2. REFUND PROCESS AND CONDITIONS
Geo Tie LLC will review each request to ensure that it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method. The time to receive the refund may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
3. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION AND DATA MANAGEMENT
To unsubscribe, customers must follow the process set out in the platform or notify Geo Tie LLC via the email provided.Upon cancellation and account closure, Geo Tie LLC will delete all data associated with the customer's account, including contacts, custom settings and activity logs.Prior to cancellation, customers may request the transfer of their contact details. Geo Tie LLC will facilitate the transfer of this data, excluding other items such as websites, SMS messages, emails, workflow triggers and campaigns.
4. RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Costs associated with additional services, customizations, or extra features are not subject to refund. Geo Tie LLC reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of the refund policy.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY
Geo Tie LLC may modify this refund policy at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform or notification to the customer.
